Both tank and wood barrels are used to aged the wine and there is a delicate charm of the Rhone Valley cru’s to be enjoyed in the glass.  There is also richness and complexity with aromas of cranberries, violet and cinnamon; which allows the wine to be drunk young, although it will also mature on very well. Will go well with a mixed cheeseboard.
